COMING FROM THE WEST ON I-10:

Follow signs for US-90

Take Loyola Ave. exit before the bridge.

(DO NOT EXIT CLAIBORNE AVE)

Once you are off the exit ramp, merge into the center or left lane before reaching the second traffic light.

At the second traffic light, bear to the left and go under the US-90 overpass.

Travel along Loyola Ave

Cross Poydras St. and look ahead on the right for the gigantic clarinet painted on the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Pass the Holiday Inn and turn right at the traffic light (Common St / Tulane Ave).

Get into the left lane on Common St.

Drive one block and bear to the right onto South Rampart St., but stay in left lane.

Hello! Our building is now on your left.

Turn left into the first parking garage on the left. Please park on levels 6 or higher. The lower levels are reserved for monthly contracts.

Once you have parked, take the parking garage elevator to the first floor.

Exit the elevator and walk down the hallway on your left.

At the end of the hall, go to the elevators on your right and take them to the 20th floor. We are in suite 2010. Sorry, we do not validate parking.

COMING FROM THE EAST ON I-10:

Take I-10 west to the Canal St/Superdome exit, #235B

Turn slightly to the right, onto South Derbigny St.

Turn right onto Canal St.

Turn right onto South Rampart St.

Travel one block, cross Common St (1010 Common building is in front of you, on the left) and turn left into the parking garage.

Levels 1 through 6 are reserved for monthly contract parking; please park on levels 7 or higher.

Once you have parked, take the parking garage elevators to the first floor.

Exit the elevator and walk down the hallway on your left.

COMING FROM THE WEST BANK (US-90):

Travel on US-90 to the West Bank Expressway to the Crescent City Connection/Greater New Orleans Bridge.

Travel over bridge on US-90/Ponchartrain Expressway

EXIT at O'Keefe Ave exit

Turn left onto Howard Ave

Turn right onto Loyola Ave

Look ahead on the right for the gigantic clarinet painted on the side of the Holiday Inn Hotel

Pass the Holiday Inn and turn right onto Common St at the light (same as Tulane Ave)

--GET INTO LEFT LANE--Travel one block and bear right onto South Rampart St (STAY IN LEFT LANE).
